Need administrator to edit comment

In the following thread, reply #6, I gave my wireless data for troubleshooting, but inadvertently forgot to remove my IP address from the data. Please remove it.

P.S. Is there any reason comments cannot be edited? What harm would there be in allowing users to edit their comments?

There are two things to consider:
- Bug comments are also sent out per email, possibly to mailing lists. The data cannot really be retracted from the web.
- I only see a private ip address that is not really a security issue.
I can remove the comment completely if you want but I don't see much use in that.

There are a couple of bugs dealing with editing bug comments : bug 80895, bug 668267
