Rename lp:wallpaper to lp:pantheon-wallpaper

I'd like to rename lp:wallpaper to lp:pantheon-wallpaper, to more accurately describe the project and not get in the way of a project more important than mine ;).

To do that, we'd have to rename the entire project "wallpaper" to "pantheon-wallpaper". If that's what you want (I am unsure because of the "lp..." use, which is used to refer to code branches in LP), we should be able to accommodate your request.
