@kubuntu.org fixing

I am having trouble with my @kubuntu.org email address, I set my prefered email to it and I learnt about the loop problem there was with it.

Now, I've set my mail to my @gmail.com account but cannot recieve any forwarded mail from the @kubuntu.org. It just returns a postfix error. This has been happening for over 2 weeks.

Who should I ask about fixing this? I need the mail for packages and mailing lists.
