Change project URL

Hi!

Some time ago I registered a project and I assigned it the URL https://launchpad.net/bingrsswallpaper. Later I thought it would be better to rename the project to something more general and without commercial trademarks, so I renamed it to "Dynamic Background". But unfortunately the URL does not match and it still shows a commercial trademark.

It is possible to change the URL of the project? I would love to change the URL to something like https://launchpad.net/dynamicbackground, for example. The main BZR branch has the same problem, I don't know if it is possible to change its URL too.

I have updated the project URL as requested. (This has implicitly updated the URL of the Bazaar branch too).
