Since this bug is private, the normal registry admins cannot remove the comment. I have assigned this question to an launchpad admin who can do it.

As Steve McInerney has mentioned in Question #137723, we don't have any options or nice SQL to remove comments as yet. Bug #697495 has been raised to address this.

Sql is not needed to remove a comment from a bug. I would remove the comment myself, but I cannot see the bug.
