[PPA] Uploads of FPC dropping into the void

I've been trying to upload fpc to my PPA (ppa:mcasadevall/ppa) and haven't gotten any email responses from LP on several uploads. No failure, and nothing shows up on the PPA page. Can someone please investigate this?

Investigating the logs shows the emails being sent out in the normal amount of time. As we discussed in IRC, you did end up getting the emails after an unexpected delay. Looks like this may have just been an email issue; if it continues to occur we'll take a harder look.

The uploads themselves were not showing up on the PPA page as email delays are not that unusual.

I think this was a momentary issue, since we have not seen any other bugs or questions about this issue. I do think there was a chance that the processing of uploads was delayed, which would explain the absence of an email and missing Lp knowledge of the uploads.
