I think my PPA may be a little too big...

Asked by Mike Hingley

I uploaded a Package to my PPA - the source is 1.4gb - but now it has built I see that it is 2.8gb. I don't want to abuse the resources, so I was wondering whether to split into 2 PPA's... Any advice?

I have doubled the size of your PPA since there is nothing for you to delete to reclaim space. If you were to break the source package into many and split into several archives, users would need to add several archives to their sources.

I think I made a mistake with this PPA it built both x86 and the 64 bit version. Possibly I put all when I meant any. Should I delete the packages and reimport?

Yes, "all" will fix that.
