format upgrade of branch dhis2

Hi
Yesterday (not long after the maintenance) we initiated an format upgrade through the web interface. It has now soon been 24 hours, and it still says "An upgrade of this branch is in progress.".
Is it possible to get any indication of how long this process will take? or if it has stalled?
The branch/project is lp:dhis2
