Could you please delete these projects?

Hi!
Could you please delete the following projects?:

https://edge.launchpad.net/software-center-qt
https://edge.launchpad.net/qappinstall
https://edge.launchpad.net/listaller-project

The projects have all been replaced by newer software or other projects or have been renamed. These three are only garbage now. (Muon replaced the first two and the last one was registered by accident, as the current active project is just named "listaller")

Done for listaller-project.

Per https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/237 we would rather keep software-center-qt and qappinstall for historical record.
