Hi!
I'd like to provide info about Ossetian language.
The plural form for Ossetian is formed adding -тӕ. E.g. фӕд - фӕдтӕ. There is also another form for words ending -он, -ан.
Ossetian is official in Russia. It is widely spoken in Russia and Georgia among ossetians.

I updated the countries. Launchpad requires different plural information than you provided. Launchpad wants to know:
1. The number of plural forms this language has.
   (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ossetic_language implies the number is 2)
2. The expression that relates a number of items to the appropriate plural form.
   Is 0 and 1 singular life French (n > 1) or is 1 singular like English (n != 1)

In that case Ossetian has one form. I'll try to explain on example of word фӕд (path).
1)бирӕ фӕдтӕ (many paths).
2)but using with numbers doesn't make any suffix: 0 фӕд, 1 фӕд, 2фӕд, ..., 1009897фӕд.

I hope you understood. If not, ask me.

Thank you!

Another way is:
1 is singular and !1 is either nominative (singular) or genitive (also singular, not plural). Nominative is more popular, and convenient. I recommend to use one form.
