Rename lpx.results team to launchpad-results

Please rename the lpx.results team to launchpad-results. This team will be used as the maintainer of the launchpad-results project and as the PPA for the project. For the sake of consistency, I would propose having a team by the same name as the project. However, since this uses a reserved prefix, I would appreciate if an administrator could make the change. Thanks!

As per related question #124694, I'm assigning this question to an admin because they have the power to rename a project to a blacklisted prefix.
