Create launchpad-results team for launchpad-results project

The launchpad-results project currently has myself as the maintainer. This worked out well so far but the time has come to expand the team from myself to others. Also, having a team for the project will be ideal for a PPA instead of using my own. For the sake of consistency, I would therefore propose creating a team by the same name: launchpad-results.

The launchpad prefix is reserved which requires administrator privileges. I followed the same process for the launchpad-results project but the time has come to create a team by the same name.

Marc, create the team, call it lp-results-devs or whatever and then a rename can be done subsequently.
