Reported bug deleted

What was your bug about? Do you have a copy of the message sent when you
filed the original bug?

Launchpad never deletes bugs; they can have their status changed, but
that's not the same thing.

It was related to gdesklets and most other python/gtk programs not running due to some error in python 2.5. I had included the log. Maybe I just didn't fully submit it but I'm sure I did.

Are you able to find it by searching through https://bugs.launchpad.net?

I couldn't when I reported this but I found the bug number in the email that says it was reported and by searching the number it came up. I don't know what happened but I found it. It isn't showing up in my reported bugs either. Maybe because it was decided that it was not a bug and marked as invalid. But no solution was provided either.

Are you going to keep us all in suspense or are you going to tell us the

The reason you can't see that bug is that it's been marked Invalid. The
default bug listings don't include bugs marked Invalid. In your specific
case, I am actually not sure why Christian marked it so and would like
to understand the reason too.

So it hasn't really disappeared -- it just disappeared from your
listing! I believe there's a bug reported to make the filtering clearer
(or perhaps remove it for the default view).
