Please change maintainer of devscripts to ~devscripts-dev

Please change the maintainer of the devscripts project from Registry Administrators to ~devscripts-dev. Please also change the owner of https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/devscripts/main to ~devscripts-dev.

Hi,

I've updated the project maintainer as requested. With the branch, the owner can not be changed but I have made the reviewer "devscripts-dev" which should do what you want.

This code import is not needed any more, because upstream moved from svn to git and the new lp:devscripts branch contains everything that was in ~vcs-imports/devscripts/main. Can you please remove ~vcs-imports/devscripts/main?

I've deleted the branch.
