Please stop import of Task Coach code from SF

Due to this bug: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-cscvs/+bug/120977 "cscvs breaks when a cvs merge creates a file", the import of Task Coach (taskcoach) source code from sourceforge is continuously out-of-date. I'm using Launchpad for translations only at the moment. To prevent people from working with an out-of-date repository, I'd like to stop the import and mark the ~vcs-import branch as abandoned (or remove it altogether).
