Please deactivate glipper-app-indicator

Glipper App Indicator was a temporary fork of Glipper. Now that I have been appointed as the new maintainer for Glipper, I am merging the two projects and renaming Glipper App Indicator 1.0 to Glipper 2.0.

I am pushing all of the branches (there was only one) to Glipper. Since Glipper App Indicator was recently created, there are no bugs or questions. The only thing it had was code at that will now be duplicated in Glipper.

Please deactivate glipper-app-indicator to make it less confusing. Thanks.
