gnome-orca moved from SVN to git, needs reimport

Hello,

lp:gnome-orca is currently imported from Gnome SVN. Gnome switched from SVN to git some time ago, so lp:gnome-orca should be redirected to import the git repository at git://git.gnome.org/orca.
