mozillateam should be maintainer of mozjs

I just registered https://launchpad.net/mozjs, and I checked the box saying that I don't want to maintain this project (which is actually true). However, what I really intended is that it would be maintained by ~mozillateam, but by the time I thought about it I had already submitted the project (and it is now maintained by ~registry).

Oops ;)
