cannot file a new bug with MSIE 8.0

I am not able to file a new bug on Launchpad with the +filebug web page.

what happens:
I open https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+filebug
I am asked for a summary, I enter 'cannot file a new bug with MSIE 8.0' in that input box
pressing "Next" returns me to the same page (https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+filebug) with a red box 'There is 1 error.' and another red box around the input field for the summary with the contents
"Summary: (empty input box)
<no entry sign> A summary is required."

My system: Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 (8.0.6001.18702)

What am i doing wrong? Or is MSIE 8.0 not allowed on Launchpad?
or is that a bug that I cannot file due to this bug...

This is a known bug. See bug #500015 and its various duplicates.

Even if what I see on my screen is different from the description in bug #500015 and its duplicates (I do not see a 'No, I need to report a new bug' button), I assume that this is the same cause and I deem this sufficient explanation (although not 'solved' in full sense).
