Please, delete inactive branch

I have contacted him twice, but there was no respond. Please, delete that branch.

We cannot delete someone elses work. Launchpad requires users and communities to share projects. Why do you want the user to delete his branch?

It looks like a spam and is empty, the user does not answer.

I do not see this as spam. Launchpad's spam issues are about links to other sites. This looks like a naive user who does not know how to work with branches. Your project matches his name and Lp requires users to push to a project or +junk. Most users try their own name and fail, but by coincidence, his worked. Even if his branch were deleted, he might accidentally create it again :(

Contacting the user is the best hope to resolve this.
