I'm the owner of the taskcoach project. Currently, I use Launchpad for translations only.

Apparently (see https://code.launchpad.net/taskcoach/trunk/), the last successful import was 15 weeks ago. Because I have had people using the source from Launchpad I'd like the imports to be reasonably up to date.

Thanks, Frank

Sadly, you've run into a bug in cscvs, which I've linked to this question.

Unfortunately, I can't promise a time for when we'll get this fixed, we're currently rewriting the code that operates the import system and fixing how the import system actually operates may have to wait until we're done.

cscvs is open source, so if you're exceptionally motivated and know CVS internals, you could even try to fix it yourself...

Sorry for the unhelpful answer.

Frank, one alternative is to produce a Bazaar branch of Taskcoach using cvsps-import instead of cscvs. This is useful if you want to evaluate Bazaar, or if you want to migrate to Bazaar permanently. Is that a solution for your problem? Read more about conversions at:
