How to change Settings and Maintain my Project

I cannot see a created project from my account
After I registered an account, I registered a Project.
When asked If I'm going to maintain it myself, I answered NO. Now I cannot see the created project from my account, so I cannot figure out how to upload files, etc.

If I had have chosen to maintain the project myself in order to manage it, could you please change the settings.
