Please remove project python-novatools

Please remove project python-novatools.
python-novatools has been renamed upstream to python-novaclient.

We created python-novaclient in Launchpad and linked it to the GIT branch upstream. There is no need to keep python-novatools around, since it was just a GIT branch link and all its information was duplicated in python-novaclient.
