Delete KGRUBEditor

I would like KGRUBEditor to be complete removed from Launchpad. The project is no longer developed, SourceForge still retains all the necessary history one could search for and KGRUBEditor on Launchpad is just a dangling project.

KGRUBEditor cannot be removed at this time because it is linked to the Hardy release of Ubuntu. Both the project and release are historic records. This project cols be used for backports.

I recommend that you update the project description to state that the project is no longer developed.
