does nto recognize summary

I want to submit bug to inkscape
and when I type 3-4 words for summary, it says 1 error, summary is required
but I just typedin summary
where is problem???

What was the url <https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+filebug>? I do not see an issue? Is it still happening? What were the words you used if so?

yes it is sitil happening
yes, url is https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+filebug
whatever I enter into summary and click Next
then it says
There is 1 error.
A summary is required.

What browser are you using? This is an error that frequently crops up on IE browsers.

The page is broken for IE. I do not think it is possible to report a bug using such IE-based browsers since the +filebug-advanced was removed a few months. Until the bug is fixed, I think using another browser is required.
