I assigned this issue to an admin who can delete the comment.

I contacted the user and asked him to confirm he has taken control of his computer, browser, and mail account. I will suspend him if he does not reply in 2 days.

The user confirmed that his browser/email account was compromised. He has taken control of both. I think this issue is now resolved.
