Deletion of infobabe

Hi!

I'd like to request the infobabe project be deleted.

#python is moving to a new bot, infobabe kind of got neglected, so it's basically a dead project. Since there's virtually zero functionality in there, I'm quite sure nobody's using it.

We're naming the new bot something else since, well, a bot called "infobabe" marketed as an existing bot's younger, prettier sister, is, at best, a bit sexist, even though it was intended in good fun.
