Upstream Status changed to Unknown when bug was marked a duplicate

Bug 657227 has an upstream task that changed to Unknown for the status when the upstream bug was marked a duplicate. Is this proper behaviour?

Thanks for pointing this out. I'm converting this to a bug, b/c even if expected it's certainly not *desired* behavior.
