I begun translating some packages with Rosetta, but before going any further, I'd like to clarify a doubt.
When handling new lines and spaces, I simply press ENTER or SPACE key accordingly. When I save changes, I noticed new lines are not reported in my suggestion with the ↵ symbol. Is this behaviour correct?

That's the correct and expected behaviour.

Suggestions and alternative translations are often copied and pasted into translation boxes, and it will end up with incorrect translations being submitted.

This sometimes happen even with the copy-pasting from originals, but we find it useful to clearly see where are the newlines and spaces in original English strings.
