For information on countries and population that speak Quechua, visit the page
http://www.ethnologue.com/country_index.asp?place=Americas

From there, visit the individual countries, such as Peru and Bolivia.
Within each country, find the sections describing Quechua and click on the More information link.
There, you will be able to find the description of specific populations that speak Quechua or a dialect of it.
