[spamreport] Spam username with few spam comments found

I found few spam comments:

comment 3 in bug 522654
comment 116 in bug 522538
comment 2 in bug 522574
comment 8 in bug 522814

All of these comments are made by usermultibase-deactivatedaccount so maybe that account should be disabled/removed.

The user is not deactivated, it was, but we reactivated and the Launchpad id was not corrected. I have suspended the user. I will assign this issue to an admin to remove the comments.
