I want to cancel an invitation to Join a team to other team.

I don't think there is currently a way to do this. Could you file a bug and link it to this question?

example: if I send and invitation to join a team to a person or team how to cancel that if the person dont want to join... ?

You can't right now. That's the bug, and we'll work on getting it fixed.
