should i expect an email response to my question? i no longer see my question that i submitted the other day. here is my question again: i am trying to use the movie player but dvd plays without the audio. how do i correct this. i' m using ubuntu 11.? thanks,gigi

You can find questions that you have asked or answered with the following steps:
Log on to launchpad, and on every launchpad web page you see your name in the top right corner
click on that name (or use the link http://launchpad.net/people/+me ) and the page that opens gives you access to your personal details, and to summary pages that list all your bug reports, your answers, your tranlations, ...
if you click on 'answers ->' (in the box titled 'Participation') you get a summary page about all questions that you have asked yourself, or where you gave posted an answer. (Note that you can modify the search criteria by (de)-selectin some of the status codes, or checking the list of languages, etc.)

And yes, you should receive an e-mail upon each answer on a question you asked yourself, as well as on the answers you gave, if you have selected "E-mail me future discussion about this question", or any other question where you registed with the 'Subscribe' button.
