Please remove project etsf-xc

Hi,

I created the etsf-xc project some time ago, but this naming has become "politically incorrect". Unable to rename it appropriately, I've thus created a new project to replace it. But now I realize that I cannot even remove etsf-xc.

Could someone remove etsf-xc? It would suppress any possible confusion at all levels regarding this project.
