I would like to use the http://bazaar.launchpad.net/static/images/spinner.gif image in my GPLv3 project, is that possible?

You cannot use the spinner from the Launchpad project because Launchpad art under a non-free CC licenses. I believe the same image is available under GPL Affero in the lazr-js project.

However that particular image would also appear to be available under GPL v2 or later (non-Affero) in lp:loggerhead

So I copied it off the loggerhead website which is just an install of the branch, therefore I should be fine when I use the GPLv2 in my GPLv3 project. Thanks!
