Weird non-publishing of arch-indep build for lpia

See the package here (python-fastimport 0.9.0~bzr298-1~bazaar1~karmic1):

It's an architecture-independent build, and the web UI claims it is published - and it is, for i386 and amd64, but not for lpia.

The code is fixed and deployed, but we still need to create the missing lpia publications.

For the ~bzr PPAs, I've already done extra uploads where necessary to work around the problem.
