Question #6688 in Ubuntu Answers is spamming

I followed this link from the launchpad help page. I hope this is the correct place to report this. If not please advise me of the correct process.

The user lost control of his email. I suspended the account. I am assigning the question to an admin to remove the comments that are spam.
