Displayconfig-gtk's template does not get imported (Ubuntu Gutsy)

The following bug was reported by Tomasz Dominikowski (#146661):

"The 0.3.0 - 0.3.1 mentions the following:

   * Extract translatable strings from xfailsafedialog

I understand that this requires a translation template update in
Rosetta, however in https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/+imports
there is no new displayconfig-gtk.pot file for Gutsy neither in Approved
or Needs Review categories."

Could you please clarify this?
