please reassign dead user's objects to me

Hi,

Ian Clatworthy is now dead. Most of his work in Launchpad was on Bazaar-related projects.

Could you please either

1- reset ~ian-clatworthy's password and send it to me
or
2- reassign all teams owned by him to me
or at least
3- change https://launchpad.net/~bzr-packagers in particular
