spam

Asked by James Y Knight

I guess there's no way to automatically report spam in launchpad comments?

So, here goes a manual spam report. Can you remove this comment?
https://bugs.launchpad.net/sbcl/+bug/353861/comments/5

...and another spam notice from James Gregory: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/439448/comments/345

Admin can hide the comment. I am going the deal with the user separately. He has a good history that implies he has lost control of his email account.

I contacted Karol Skocik. He has taken the necessary steps to regain control of his email. I do not expect another volley of spam from his email address.

There has been a similar spamming on this bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/439448/comments/345
However this seems to be from a brand new account, as far as I can tell.

James Gregory, thanks for the spam report! I re-open the question again so that the Launchpad admins will notice it.
