Request import of bug XML data for our project

Could one of the LP Dev's give us a hand importing bugs from Sourceforge.

I've done the conversion, (lots and LOTS of tweaks to the conversion script), fixed up the UTF-8 encoding, and generally worked hard to ensure the data is good. (Including testing on a local launchpad instance).

This file doesn't validate with the rnv tool as it should - I'll have to leave it as pending until I can fix the export tomorrow.

Fixed - a bug in my modified conversion script had duplicated some <milestone>...</milestone> tags. Should be fixed now. (Same URL).
