Need to consolidate two accounts, but forgot the email and password used with one of them.

I need to merge ~niy, this one, with ~ffm. However, I do not remeber the email or password I used with ~ffm.

Can some admin help me?

Bought a new computer. Transferred files from old computer to new computer. Gave my password for the email accounts, but think I changed the administrator. All emails open except old admintrator. When I try to open that bemail account it says wrong password.
