Private code import of "git://github.com/nova/cc.git" ?

Despite being a member of ~vcs-imports, I'm getting spurious permission denied errors trying to set up an import of "git://github.com/nova/cc.git" - the most likely cause, as far as I can guess, would be if someone has create a code import from this URL into a branch marked as being private.

Given there is very little sense indeed of a Launchpad code import of a public git repository being private, please can you track down this import and un-private it?
