Possibility of multiple copies with same versions in unapproved

As it came up on #ubuntu-motu: Is it possible that multiple copies of the same package with the same version enter the unapproved queue? If so, is this intended behaviour or could Soyuz instead be adapted to reject the second upload? (The question should be converted to a bug for the latter.)

Hi Philip,

That's the intended behavior. The package reviewer will decide which version should be accepted and then reject the other ones.
