Please hand over Gentoo Overlay for Bazaar due to inactivity

The Gentoo Overlay for Bazaar has been run by Mark Lee fine for a long time (https://launchpad.net/bzr-gentoo-overlay), but he now is inactive for several months while several issues are present in the Overlay which is a playground for the official ebuilds that go into the official repository. The Overlay has a high visibility to Bazaar users in Gentoo as it is officially advertised, so now I (member of the official Gentoo Bazaar team and driver/owner of the Gentoo Members group in Launchpad) would like to take the overlay. There is a branch pending merge that fixes most issues, but first action would be to install a team consisting of Gentoo developers and devoted user Martin von Gagern. Hopefully this is convincing. :)
