Manual translation import @epesibim needs review

Please help to review and import the translation template at:

https://translations.launchpad.net/epesibim/trunk/+imports

I am not a coder in that project, so I cannot use automatic import from code branch. It's pending already from Friday, the 10th of Dec, although I have updated the template couple of times after that hoping it would speed up the import (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/rosetta/+bug/688838).

Approved: sorry for the delay. Future uploads with the same file name should go through automatically, which includes all translation files as well. The automatic "approver" does take a few hours to run so it won't be instant, but if it doesn't happen in an hour, feel free to open another question.
