"No suggestions" filter for translations

  For projects with hundreds (if not thousands!) of messages strings to be translated, it would be very helpful for the translator to be able to display strings with no suggestions at all, too... Launchpad Development Team should consider add a "No suggestion" option inside the filter button shown at the top of a Translation project, just above the main Message Strings listing...

I have created a bug from this question so we can hopefully schedule this feature to be added. I can see how such a filter would be helpful and I don't think it is too difficult to implement.

As a hint: Launchpad is open source and we are happy to guide willing developers through the code and development process.
