Import queue stuck

The problem seems to be that the template has path "translations/androc.pot" whereas the only correctly-named upload is named sv.po. To get a translation upload approved automatically, you can either:

(a) Upload it with a path in the same directory as the template. Unfortunately when you upload a file the browser sends only the file's name to the server, not its location; so this only works when uploading a tarball. (The paths _inside_ the tarball of course don't get lost during the upload).

(b) Upload it from the page for the right translation. In this case you can do that by browsing to the template's Swedish translation page, and picking the Upload option there.

By the way, things go much more smoothly if you import from a branch instead of uploading manually so we heartily recommend that! If structured properly, imports from a bzr branch rarely need human help.
