Unfortunately I do not know what a Case #00013790 actually is or where to read about it or even who to contact. The complete setup now is almost impossible for me to understand how on earth to get help with Ubuntu problems. A link to somewhere that tells me how to solve my "major" problem of not being able to boot correctly would be very well received at this end.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the reply but I have solved the issue via Launchpad which was just "How on earth do I connect to Ubuntu Forums". Last titme I went onto the site was a couple of years ago and things have changed. I have manged to sort that bit now and have got access to some help. Many thanks for your contacting me & sorry now for wasting your time. It took me for ages to get onto the site, but was as easy as anything i the end...... I'm getting too old I think.
