Thanks Redmar and sorry for the delayed reply.

I'd suggest either merging the teams if that's possible or to remove the
lp-l10n--nl team and use the lp-l10n-nl one instead, as that's the one
that complies with our team naming policy.

If the lp-l10n-nl owner has no plans to lead the translations effort,
I'd recommend he transfers the ownership to you.

Let us know how this develops.

Hi all,

The owner of (lp-l10n-nl) was kind enough to transfer the ownership of that team to me, I have pasted over all information to that team (As you can see here: https://launchpad.net/~lp-l10n-nl).
So I hereby request the team lp-l10n-nl to be approved as an official Launchpad Translators team.

Sorry for the delayed reply.

I've just appointed the team, so you should now be able to translate any application assigned to the Launchpad Translators group in Launchpad.

A couple of comments:

* You might want to change the introductory text of https://launchpad.net/~lp-l10n-nl to Dutch, as it is targeted to new potential Dutch translators
* Do you think you could make a brief announcement regarding the creation of the team in the launchpad-translators mailing list?
* You might want to add the ubuntu-l10n-nl team as a subteam of lp-l10n-nl
